Shawn is the son of the founder, the late Jim Stone. He was educated at York University in Toronto and has been in the printed circuit board industry since 1984, including circuit board manufacturing experience at RDC Electronics. He joined IEC in 1986 and has been company President since 1998.

Chuck holds a BA from California State University, Long Beach.
